CrossCountry – Community Impact Report 2019

The 2019 Community Impact Report for CrossCountry was produced to communicate the ways in which the Transport Operating Company (TOC) had engaged with the community during the calendar year.
Over 42 stories, 70 photographs and 11 videos – viewed through the XC augmented reality app, showcased partnership working with Community Rail Partnerships (CRPs) and ongoing work with stakeholders and local authorities to improve rail services.
